How does the selection process work?
You complete a detailed application form outlining your intentions, values and expectations.
Before submitting, you will see the event price and details.
To finalize your application, a card authorization (pre-authorization hold) is required.
Each profile is carefully reviewed to ensure balanced table composition, aligned intentions and a high-quality experience for all participants.
Is everyone accepted?
No. Alchyma is selective by design.
Our goal is not volume, but compatibility and balance.
Acceptance depends on profile alignment, group dynamics, and ratio considerations for each specific edition.
If you are not selected, it does not mean your profile isn’t interesting — simply that it did not fit the balance for that particular evening.
What happens if I’m not accepted?
If your application is not approved:
- Your profile remains in our database for future editions
- Your card will not be charged
- The authorization hold will be released
You may be contacted for upcoming events that better match your profile.
When will I know if I’m accepted?
You will receive a response no later than 48 hours BEFORE the event.
If your application is approved:
- Your seat is secured once accepted.
- The pre-authorized amount will be automatically charged.
- No second confirmation is required.
A detailed confirmation email (location, timing, final details) will be sent no later than 48 hours before the event.
We strongly recommend keeping the evening available once you apply.
How much does it cost?
Each edition has a fixed dinner price.
The price is clearly displayed before you complete your application and authorize your card.

Drinks are ordered separately unless otherwise specified.
What happens after dinner?
The evening transitions into a more festive and relaxed atmosphere within the venue.
Participation in the after-dinner part is optional.
Can I cancel my seat?
Due to the curated and selective nature of the event:
Once your payment has been processed (after acceptance), tickets are non-refundable.
Seat transfers may be possible upon prior approval.
Should I block the date before being accepted?
Yes.
Because Alchyma operates on a curated and selective model, accepted guests are automatically confirmed and charged
We recommend keeping the evening free once you apply, as acceptance secures your seat immediately.
What if I’m not selected for this edition?
Selections vary for each event.
We encourage you to apply again for future editions, as table composition and profile balance change every time.
