Alchyma is a curated and selective social experience.

Participation is not automatic.


Application & Payment Process

After completing the application form, participants are required to provide a valid payment method. The payment amount will be charged at the time of registration. However, this payment remains temporarily held securely by our payment provider, Stripe, while your application is being reviewed. During this period, the funds are not transferred to Alchyma.

The authorization ensures serious applications only, commitment to the selection process and seat guarantee if approved.


Selection Process

All applications are individually reviewed to ensure compatibility, balance and alignment with the spirit of the event. Alchyma reserves the right to approve or decline any application, adjust seating composition and maintain balanced ratios and intentions.


If Approved


If Not Selected

If your application is not approved, your payment will be automatically refunded in full. Refunds are processed instantly on our side through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear back on your account.


Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data collected through the application process is anonymized where applicable, encrypted and securely stored in our internal databases and hosted on a European-based cloud infrastructure compliant with applicable data protection regulations.

We are committed to ensuring confidentiality, data integrity and responsible processing of all participant information.


Cancellation & Conduct

Due to the curated nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable once charged and seats are transferable only with prior approval.

Alchyma reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
